Ancient grain flours

  • Quinoa, Amaranth, Sorghum, Millet, Teff, Linseeds, Rice, Saracen Wheat and Rye.

Seeds (natural or peeled)

  • Caraway, Flax Seed (brown and golden), Poppy seed, Pupkin, Sesame seed and Sunflower.

Spices (natural or peeled)

  • Cinnamon (sticks or ground), Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Natural Sesame, Anise (whole or ground), Dill (whole or ground), Fennel (whole or ground), Ground Cardamom, Ground Cumin and Basil (whole and ground).

Cinnamon

  • Korintje cinnamon 2%, 2.5% and 2.75% from volatile oils, Saigon cinnamon 5% from volatile oils.
