The fruits are dehydrated through an infusion process with cane sugar or apple juice; they are natural ingredients and do not contain sulfur dioxide (SO2), artificial flavors, artificial colors and/or preservatives. Apples, peaches, blackberries, cherries (sour and sweet), blueberries, dates, figs, raisins, pears, strawberries and raspberries are available.
