Bay State Milling was born in 1968 under the company name T.J. Harkins. From its inception, it focused on high-quality seeds, spices and specialty flours. Today, it continues to build on its legacy as it incorporates new supply chains and technologies into its scope of capabilities to provide healthy and affordable ingredients to the consumer.

Flours made from ancestral grains

Quinoa, Amaranth, Sorghum, Millet, Teff, Flaxseed, Rice, Buckwheat and Rye.

Seeds (natural and/or shelled)

Caraway, Flax (Brown and Gold), Poppy, Pumpkin, Sesame and Sunflower.

Spices (natural and/or hulled)

Cinnamon (ground and sticks), Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Natural Sesame, Whole and ground Anise, Whole and ground Dill, Whole and ground Fennel, Ground Cardam, Ground Cumin and Whole and ground Basil.

  • Korintji cinnamon 2%, 2.5% and 2.75% volatile oils
  • Saigon cinnamon 5% volatile oils
